Following the completion of his fifteenth suit, Tony Stark began working on work on the sixteenth version. Dubbed "Nightclub", the suit was, like its processor, capable of turning invisible and was the ninth armor capable of being controlled by J.A.R.V.I.S., making it part of the Iron Legion. Though used on several occasions, Iron Man would abandon the suit after the completion of its successor. Despite this, Mark XVI would later be used during the battle against Aldrich Killian and A.I.M., during which is was destroyed.
In the Mod[]
Iron Man's Mark 16 suit has been in the mod since version 4.1. It can be crafted in the Stark Workbench and worn by the player. Doing so will grant them Speed 4 (whilst sprinting), Strength 10 and Acrobatics 2. Mark 16 can also fire repulsors (Suit Ability 1 Key), a unibeam (Suit Ability 10 Key), rockets (Suit Ability 4 Key with rockets in inventory), shoulder mounted guns (Weapon Equip Key, with bullets in inventory) and a laser (Suit Ability 7 Key).
The suit is also equip with night vision equipment (Suit Ability 8 Key or enter dark areas) and an anti-cloaking device (Suit Ability 9 Key). The suit is also capable of flight, gliding (Suit Ability 2 Key) and hovering (Suit Ability 6 Key). Additionally, it can turn invisible (Suit Ability 3 Key) and be refueled much quicker than its predecessors (Suit Ability 2 Key on the ground). However, alike most versions of the suit, it cannot enter water and reach altitudes of 900 or more. Though it is resistant to fire damage, it will not protect its wearer from lava damage.
Iron Man's Mark 16 suit also has the J.A.R.V.I.S. operating system installed, meaning it can perform various tasks like scan for enemies and summon other suits. It is also part of the Iron Legion, meaning it can be called on to fight alongside the player. Along with other Iron Legion suits, it can be destroyed with the Clean Slate protocol. However, once this is activated, the suit cannot be crafted and worn again. To rectify this, the player can deactivate this with Rebuild protocol.

- 14 Black-Iron Plates
- 5 Iron Man Silver Armor Plates
- 4 Repulsors
